Seeking help for getting a camcorder (either with DV or SD cards, which comes cheaper ) for my Korea trip next year (yeah, I've to start saving up now ).
Since the sound is the most important thing for me (it will be a trip with musicians, myself included) and I already have a really really expensive external micro, I need a camcorder which has external port for extra micros.
My budget would be around 250-300€ (300 would seriously hurt though ).
Any suggestions?
I tried to search via Amazon, but there is not much info if an extra microphone can be plugged in or not.

I guess Mini-DV Camcorders are less expensive?
As I wrote above, I don't need Monster Megapixels XD just a port for external microphones (not headphones).

As for my travel lens/additional lens, I guess I have to stick with my 17-85 as my budget (to spend before the trip) will get used up with the camcorder and I don't want to borrow one from shops like Lensavenue etc.
(Because I would think that I could save up and buy it later myself *lol* or buy something else with the money)
